ESET offers a good firewall engine and anti-malware software. It also has a password manager that comes with forms, browser protection, and a password manager. Its parental controls as well as secure browser and anti-theft tools are also good but not outstanding. It does not offer a VPN or microphone protection, but it does provide remote screen capture or camera access to see what a thief has been doing on your smartphone or laptop.
The application is designed with an intuitive interface that novices can easily comprehend and use, but it also provides extensive information and features for power users. The company also provides excellent customer support, which is accessible via their website or directly from the client through the “support” tab that is located right at the bottom of the application.

However the anti-phishing tools in the antivirus were a bit sloppy and blocked quite a many websites that aren’t listed on PhishTank which I trust. Also when we plugged in the USB storage device into our laptop, the software automatically scans it which was a bit annoying since many other programs require permission to do this.
